First Personal Progress Night

So, a previous post mentioned that I'm in Mia Maids now and I'm also the Personal Progress leader to like 18 girls I think. Well, out in Terreton they like to have the first Tuesday of every month be a Personal Progress night. Which means....I plan every Tuesday's mutual! Honestly, I think one Tuesday every month is a little excessive but oh well. Despite being a little nervous about it I planned and executed everything for last night's mutual. And August seriously flew by because next thing I know I'm working the first weekend in September and then it's my turn to plan mutual. Crazy! So time got away from me and with me working the weekend and then having Labor Day, I had to plan things that I could get somewhere in Terreton, or use what I already had at home. So, a big, huge, monstrous thank-you to the Sugardoodle website! You saved my first mutual planning experience! I've been using it since I got put in Mia Maids and it has some great stuff for Personal Progress too! One thing I decided to do was to have it be a "Catch-Up" night complete with tator tots and ketchup! Ha...all the girls thought it was funny and all seemed to enjoy snacking on some tator tots while signing off on some goals and playing "PINGO." Basically all the girls played "PINGO," while myself, and one of the Beehives's leaders interviewed each of the girls to see how their Personal Progress was coming, if they had any that needed to be signed off on, and if they needed any help or ideas with things. I also got these "PINGO" sheets off of Sugardoodle too...

They also had a bunch of questions to play "PINGO" on the website too. The rocks are actually from my wedding reception so those came in handy once more. When I was frantically looking at everything on Sugardoodle I found a lady that took a talk by Jan Pinborough called, "Five Reasons to Love Personal Progress," and made it into a little book type thing for the girls. Well, I decided to take it a step further and did the same thing myself, except I made it a little smaller than the Personal Progress books that way the girls can keep it with their Personal Progress books without them being bigger and a little on the inconvienent side...

All in all I'd say things went pretty well for my first Personal Progress Activity. Now cross your fingers future activities do too!
