How far along? 30 weeks, 3 days
Total weight gain: About 12 pounds.
Maternity clothes? Same as last couple weeks. Still my regular clothes but I tend to choose more loose fitting/stretch type pants because even though I can still wear all my regular pants, the looser fitting pants are way more comfortable when I sit down.
Stretch marks? Nope! Although it's funny how the veins on my sides are way way way more distinct than they were before.
Sleep: The memory foam is definitely still helping with my hip soreness. Thank you mom! But I am noticing that I'm waking up more frequently throughout the night. Like every time I need to turn over! And I don't seem to be able to fall asleep quite as fast. I try to really be careful when I roll over too so that might be part of the reason why (had a friend pull a muslce in her stomach when she turned over during the night).
Best moment this week: We got to have a 4D Ultrasound done last Friday! It was oh so cool to really get to see more of what our little guy looks like. While we were watching the monitor my little boy even yawned and sucked on his fingers a little so we got to see a lot of movement. I didn't want to leave. It really was a very special moment for Jordan and I.
Miss Anything? It might sound weird but being able to move normal. Like getting in and out of the car easier, sitting down and getting back up, even getting/squating down to pick up something.

Movement: I often ask myself if there's a rodeo going on down there. This little guy is pretty active. Getting more active during the day too. I'll be at work and just look down and watch my stomach for a few minutes because he's just stretching away.
Food cravings: Still fruit mostly. Especially canteloup and strawberries. Although lately I've been wanting sweets. That might be just because I haven't really had much sweets in months but it's fairly common for some patients at work to bring us doughnuts and treats and they've been sounding pretty good the last couple weeks. However, trying to do all the lovely tests for gestational diabetes has definitely put a screaching halt on that. And of course just trying to not have a lot of sugar in general has been slightly tricky at certain times.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Had to clean up some dog vomit last week. That definitely made me feel queasy and queasy is an understatement.
Gender: BOY!!!
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? Still in a little but I have a feeling that's gonna change real soon.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: So incredibly happy and excited! We got to do our 4D Ultrasound last week and see what our little guy really looks like. Pretty amazing! So grateful for where technology has gotten us these days : )
Looking forward to: The baby shower! I've always loved having big get-togethers with family and friends and getting to see everybody, especially those I don't get to see very often but this time getting together to celebrate this little guy coming into the world is even more exciting and special.
